SeaTable: When Excel Can No Longer Cope

SeaTable is a hybrid of database and familiar table. If Airtable is "Airbnb", then SeaTable we deploy on your server (Self-hosted), which makes data storage cheaper and safer.

What Does This Give Your Business?โ€‹

Regular tables (Excel, Google Sheets) are good until there is little data. But when you have thousands of orders, hundreds of clients and connections between them, SeaTable becomes indispensable.

  • Data types: In cell you can insert not only text, but also images, files, checklists and even links to other tables.
  • Internal automation: SeaTable can itself change statuses or send letters when conditions occur.
  • Different views: Same data can be viewed as table, as Kanban board, as Calendar or even as Gantt chart.

Integration with n8nโ€‹

SeaTable is ideal "warehouse" for n8n.

  • n8n collects data (for example, from Facebook Ads) and neatly stores them in SeaTable.
  • n8n takes list from SeaTable and makes bulk mailing.
