Roadmap: From Idea to Launch
The process of creating your product at 1it.pro is divided into clear stages. We work on Agile: you see the result in parts, not at the very end.
Stage 1: Analytics and Brief (1-3 days)โ
We study your goals and create technical specification (TS). We analyze EU/UA markets.
Stage 2: Design and UI/UX (7-10 days)โ
Creating an interactive prototype. You see how the website and bot will look before code is written.
Stage 3: Development and Staging (5-14 days)โ
We deploy the project on a Staging server (Hetzner). You can visit via secret link and watch progress in real time.
Stage 4: Automation and Testing (3-5 days)โ
We connect n8n, set up Telegram bot, check payments and notifications. We conduct final QA.
Stage 5: Launch and Training (1-2 days)โ
Transfer to main domain, monitoring setup. We hold a call and show how to use the system.
