We've collected the top 20 questions clients ask us before starting cooperation. Honest answers help us work transparently.


πŸ”’ Security and Access​

1. "Will you steal my data or code?"​

Answer: We sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before starting work. Legally and reputation-wise, long-term cooperation is more profitable for us than data theft. All code is transferred to you, and intellectual property rights belong to the Customer (see Terms of Service).

2. "What if you break the server and disappear?"​

Answer: We work officially (JDG in Poland). Before any dangerous work, we make backups (Snapshots). If something goes wrong, we will restore the system in 15 minutes.

3. "Who will have access to my passwords?"​

Answer: We don't use passwords. We use SSH keys, which cannot be forged or stolen by brute force. Accesses are stored in encrypted form and issued only to engineers working on the project.

4. "How do you comply with GDPR (RODO)?"​

Answer: We host servers in Germany (Hetzner), which complies with EU law. We don't store personal data of your clients on our devices, but work only inside your secure perimeter.

5. "What happens to accesses after work ends?"​

Answer: We remove our SSH keys from your servers and provide you with a full report. You remain the sole owner of the system.


πŸ’° Money and Payment​

6. "Why hourly payment instead of result-based?"​

Answer: In IT, it's hard to predict exact time (bugs, old code). But we give an estimate before starting. If a task takes more time due to our fault β€” you don't pay for "extra" hours.

7. "Are there hidden fees?"​

Answer: No. You only pay for:

  1. Specialist working hours.
  2. Server rental (directly to Hetzner hoster). Licenses for paid software are purchased only with your consent.

8. "What if I don't use all hours in a month?"​

Answer: Under the Retainer model (subscription), hours usually expire, but guarantee our availability. Under the Time & Material model, you only pay for actual work. We will choose the model for you.

9. "Can I pay in crypto / PayPal / company account?"​

Answer: We work officially and issue Faktura VAT (Invoice). Payment is possible by bank transfer (IBAN), via Stripe, or PayPal.

10. "Expensive. A freelancer on the marketplace will do it cheaper."​

Answer: A freelancer can get sick or disappear. We are a company that guarantees standards, documentation, and security. Fixing errors from a "cheap freelancer" usually costs 3 times more than doing it right from the start.

11. "I don't understand IT. Will you speak in complex language?"​

Answer: Our job is to translate from technical to business. We will explain why Docker or backup is needed in simple words without unnecessary terms.

12. "How fast do you react if the website goes down?"​

Answer: During working hours β€” reaction within 30 minutes. For critical projects, we set up monitoring (Uptime Kuma) that wakes us up even at night (discussed in SLA).

13. "How will I know what you were doing for 5 hours?"​

Answer: We provide a Time Report (time report) with detail down to 15 minutes: "Firewall setup", "Docker update", "n8n bug fix".

14. "What if I need to urgently do a task on a weekend?"​

Answer: Standardly we work Mon-Fri. Weekend work is possible at double rate or by prior agreement.

15. "Do you work in my task tracker (Jira/Trello)?"​

Answer: Yes, we easily integrate into your team. Or we can create a board for you if you don't have one.


βš™οΈ Technical Questions​

16. "Why Hetzner, not AWS/Google?"​

Answer: For 95% of small business tasks, AWS is excessively expensive and complex. Hetzner is faster, 5 times cheaper, and located in Europe. We save your money.

17. "Do you create documentation?"​

Answer: Yes! This is our standard. After us, you will have a knowledge base (like this site) so any other programmer can continue the work. We are against "Vendor Lock-in" (binding to developer).

18. "Can you set up 1C / Windows Server?"​

Answer: Our specialization is Linux, Docker, n8n, Web. If a task is outside our competence, we will honestly say so and possibly recommend partners. We don't take on everything.

19. "Do I need to buy a domain and SSL?"​

Answer: You buy the domain yourself (so it belongs to you). SSL certificates we set up for free (Let's Encrypt).

20. "What if the server burns physically?"​

Answer: That's exactly why we set up external backups (we store data copies on another server or in the cloud). Hardware can be replaced, data β€” restored from copy.
