Budget planning

We follow a transparent pricing model with no hidden fees.

What makes up the price?​

  1. Development: Payment for the team’s working hours.
  2. Infrastructure: Server rental on Hetzner (usually from €5–10/month).
  3. Licenses and APIs: Paid subscriptions for third-party services (for example, Google Maps API or SendGrid).

Payment methods​

We accept payments in the most convenient ways for international business:

  • Europe (SEPA/SWIFT): Invoices to a Polish bank account (VAT/B2B).
  • Local methods (PL): BLIK, Przelewy24.
  • Ukraine: LiqPay, Monobank, or payment to a sole proprietor account.
  • Global: Stripe, PayPal.
Fixed price vs Time & Material

For small projects with a clear scope we work on a Fixed Price model. For larger, evolving products we use a Retainer model (monthly payment for a dedicated team).
