FAQ

Below are short answers without unnecessary jargon.

What do I get in the end?

A clear process, one channel for incoming requests, CRM for statuses, and documentation you can keep using.

Where will the data live?

I keep the main records and statuses in SeaTable. That helps avoid lost context and long searches across chats.

How much do I need to explain on my side?

Very little. I need your priority and the input data. Then I break the process into steps.

What if I need an urgent fix?

I look at the priority and decide what should happen first. If the task is critical, it moves ahead.

Will you use complicated words?

No. I translate technical language into normal business language and explain the result first.

What about security?

Access, backups and basic security rules are a required part of the job, not an optional extra.

What should I prepare before we start?

I need access, a clear goal, responsible people, and any business or technical constraints. Without that, the start becomes slow and expensive.

Can the system grow later?

Yes. I build it so the base scenario works first, and new features can be added later without rebuilding everything.

If I get lost, where should I look?

Start with the "How we work" page, then open 1Desk and CRM. That is usually enough to understand the order of actions.
