NaviBot

NaviBot is a page-aware assistant layer for complex websites. It helps visitors understand the current page, find the right next step, and ask a question without leaving the site.

NaviBot is not a generic chat popup. It is the visible guide on the website. The backend brain and system of record remain in the 1Desk-style platform: inboxes, conversations, operators, AI routing, integrations, analytics, and data storage.

What the visitor experiences

  1. The visitor opens a complex product, docs, pricing, or onboarding page.
  2. NaviBot stays in the lower-right assistant zone and does not block content.
  3. The assistant reads visible page context and offers short help.
  4. The visitor can open chat as an overlay on the same page.
  5. NaviBot answers with OpenAI and selected knowledge sources.
  6. If needed, the conversation stays available for human handoff.

  • AI controlled from the client cabinet

What NaviBot is not

  • not a toy mascot
