📋 Brief: what we need before we start

To estimate scope, timing, and cost accurately — and to build the right solution for your business — we need a few key details from you.

Filling out the brief takes 15–20 minutes, but it saves weeks during the discovery phase.

1. About the business​

4. Content and assets​

  • Text: Ready / need a copywriter / we will write it later
  • Photo / video: We have our own library / need stock photos / need a photoshoot
  • Translations: If the site is multilingual, do translations already exist?

5. Technical requirements​

Since we work in Poland, we pay special attention to legal and technical details.

  • GDPR / RODO: Do you need cookie consent and data processing consent? (Required in the EU.)
  • Domain: Do you already own the domain?
  • Hosting: Do you need help buying a server (Hetzner, DigitalOcean)?

6. Budget and timing​

Understanding the budget helps us propose the right solution: a "rocket ship" or a solid MVP for launch.

Estimated budget​

  • up to $2,000 (fast start / landing page)
  • $2,000 — $5,000 (corporate website / store)
  • $5,000 — $15,000 (complex service / app)
  • $15,000+ (enterprise solution)

Timing​
