Step 2: Design and UI/UX​

I shape the first version of the interface so the project feels calm, fast and easy to use.

Step 3: Development​

The work is split into short iterations. You get a staging environment where you can see progress early.

Step 4: Testing and QA​

I check integrations, performance and the weak points before anything goes live.

Step 5: Launch and support​

We move to the main domain, set up monitoring, and hand over the process in a way that your team can actually use.

Timing

A typical MVP launch takes around 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and the speed of feedback.
