Character system

NaviBot uses a restrained product-grade character system. The assistant should feel helpful and calm, not childish or noisy.

Presets

Water	translucent gel / lens	onboarding and help states

Fire	restrained ember core	launches and active guidance

Default direction

The default MVP direction is Metal:

• architectural silhouette
• narrow visor instead of a cute face
• restrained accent glow
• compact side modules
• strong small-size readability

Motion rules

Motion should be subtle and state-driven:

• idle - tiny drift
• attention - small cue when the visitor is inactive
• walk - bounded lower-page movement
• blink - visor or eye micro-animation
• gesture - one controlled side-module gesture
• chat_open - calm and still
• reduced_motion - no travel animation

What to avoid

• big eyes
• smiles or comedy expressions
• animal-like shapes
• toy proportions
• heavy glow effects
• random accessories
• movement that blocks content or CTAs
