How to Clear Browser Cache

Sometimes after we make changes to the site, you might not see them immediately. This happens because your browser saves old versions of files (images, styles) to load pages faster. This process is called caching.

To see the actual version of the site, you need to clear the cache. Below are instructions for the most popular browsers.

  1. Click three dots (โ‹ฎ) in the top right corner โ†’ History โ†’ History (or press Ctrl+H).
  2. On the left, select Clear browsing data.
  3. In the window that appears, select:
    • Time range: All time.
    • Check the box: Cached images and files.

โšก Quick Refresh (Hard Refresh)โ€‹

If you don't want to clear the entire browser cache but need to update just one specific page, use a "hard refresh". This forces the browser to reload server files only for this site.

Hotkeys for refreshing
  • Windows / Linux: Press Ctrl + F5 (or Ctrl + Shift + R).
  • macOS (Safari/Chrome): Press Command + Option + R.

Still not working?

If after clearing cache changes don't appear, it's possible:

  1. Caching is enabled on the Cloudflare side (we'll update it ourselves).
  2. You're using VPN that serves an old copy of the page.
  3. Changes haven't passed the deployment stage yet (check status in our monitoring group).
