At 1it.pro, we value transparency. The entire process of working on your project is divided into clear stages with defined deliverables.

Methodology

We work using an agile methodology (Agile/Scrum). Every 2 weeks, we conduct a demo presentation of completed functionality. You always see the progress.

📋 Stage 1: Discovery and Estimation (1-5 days)

Before writing code, we need to understand the task.

• Actions: Interview, filling out the Brief, competitor analysis.
• Result: Technical specification (TS) and an accurate estimate.

🎨 Stage 2: Design and Layout

Creating the visual identity and product logic.

• UX (Logic): Creating Wireframes (screen layouts).
• UI (Design): Drawing design mockups in Figma.
• Result: A clickable prototype of the future website/application.

💻 Stage 3: Development (Sprints)

The longest stage. We divide work into sprints (usually 2 weeks each).

🧪 Stage 4: Testing (QA)

• Deployment to production servers.
• Domain and SSL configuration.
• Handing over access credentials to the client.
• Warranty period: 3 months of free bug fixes.
