Using an address like [email protected] instead of [email protected] is a basic trust standard in EU and US business.

Recommended options

2. Google Workspace (Business Gmail)

   • Pros: Familiar Gmail interface, Google Drive, Meet.
   • Best for: Companies that already rely on Google’s collaboration ecosystem.

Technical setup (deliverability)

To keep your emails out of spam and protect them from spoofing, we configure three key protocols:

Protocol	What it does
SPF	Defines which servers are allowed to send mail on your behalf.
DKIM	Adds a digital signature to the message to verify authenticity.
DMARC	Tells email providers (Gmail, Outlook) how to handle messages that fail checks.

Security tip

For marketing mailings, we recommend using separate services (for example, SendGrid or MailerLite) so that your main business inbox keeps a strong reputation.
