Clear browser cache
Sometimes after we make changes to a site, you may not see them right away. That happens because your browser stores older versions of files (images, styles) so pages load faster. This is called caching.
To see the latest version of the site, you need to clear the cache. Below are instructions for the most popular browsers.
Browser instructions
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner → History → History (or press
Ctrl+H). - On the left, choose Clear browsing data.
- In the window that opens, select:
- Time range: All time.
- Check: Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (☰) → History → Clear Recent History... (or
Ctrl+Shift+Delete). - In the "Time range to clear" field, choose Everything.
- Leave only Cache checked.
- Click Clear Now.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots (…) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
- In the "Clear browsing data" section, click Choose what to clear.
- Time range: All time.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (macOS)
- In the top menu, choose Safari → Settings → Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data → Remove All.
- Quick method: Press
⌘ + Option + Eto clear the cache instantly.
Opera
- Click the Opera logo (Menu) → History → Clear browsing data (or
Ctrl+Shift+Delete). - Time range: All time.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
Fast refresh (hard refresh)
If you do not want to clear the entire browser cache and only need to refresh one specific page, use a "hard refresh". This forces the browser to load the files from the server again for that site only.
Refresh shortcuts
- Windows / Linux: Press
Ctrl + F5(orCtrl + Shift + R). - macOS (Safari/Chrome): Press
Command + Option + R.
Still not working?
If the changes still do not appear after clearing the cache, then:
- Cloudflare caching may still be enabled (we will refresh it on our side).
- You may be using a VPN that shows an old copy of the page.
- The changes may not have been deployed yet (check the status in our monitoring group).
